General Season Information for Girls Advanced Flag Football League:

Girls Flag Football continues to be one of the fastest-growing youth sports, and we are excited to keep building a strong, fun, and competitive program for the upcoming season. Whether your athlete is new to football or returning to the field, our goal is to provide an inclusive, high-energy environment focused on skill development, teamwork, and confidence.

Athletes will need cleats and water.  Soft helmets and one mouth guard will be provided at the first practice.  This equipment will be required all practices.
 

GAME INFORMATION - 
Practices are expected to be held two days per week with Saturday games. Practice days and times are not yet finalized and will depend on school district field approvals
