Waiting List

Purpose

The waiting list is intended for families who are new to our organization and wish to have their child considered for participation in the upcoming season. (If you are an existing family, please use the Login Page to access your account.)

How It Works

The players on the waiting list will be assessed based upon roster availability, going in first-come-first-served order starting from February 1 prior to the new season. If a family has more than one child who wishes to play, they will be given priority, provided slots for all children are available. Our waitlist is timestamped, and we use that value to determine who gets assessed first.

If your child is selected, you will be notified by email, your child will be put into a "Pre-Registered" status, and you will receive a PDF registration form by email some time later. You will have 3 weeks to return the items defined in the email. Once these are received, your child will be put into a "Registered" status, and then eventually rostered.

If you do not return the items by the deadline, we will put your child back onto the waiting list and select another child.

What To Do

Please follow these steps to get on our waiting list:

  1. Create an account with us by clicking this link.
  2. You will receive an email containing instructions for accessing and using your account. Adding children to your account is how they get on our waiting list.
  3. Monitor your mailbox for acceptance notification. You may also log into your account and check your child's status. The selection process may take several weeks, and you will be notified of acceptance or not.

If your child is not selected right away, do not give up hope! As we approach playing season, roster slots sometimes free up. If this happens, we will start at the beginning of the waiting list again.

Final Notes

Please DO NOT contact us regarding your child's status. We will have hundreds of potential players to consider, and cannot accommodate emails regarding status. If you have a problem logging in, you can use the "forgot password" link on the login page to have a new password sent to your email.
